6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AI Wardrobe and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

7. Fees and Payments

Currently, AI Wardrobe offers a free tier with limited features. We may introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future. If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan:

• You will be charged the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI WARDROBE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
